Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refund:
E-volve reserves the right to cancel courses due to low participation. Registered participants will be contacted immediately and will be provided rescheduling information. If the dates provided are not convenient, participants will be given a full refund.
Cancellations made by participants must be made no later than five (5) business days prior to the course for a full refund. After this date, no cash refunds will be granted. Payments made by checks will be refunded by check. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card. Cancellations received after the cancellation period are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing and received five days prior to the training date. Please send all cancellation requests to: kjames@e-volvetechsystems.com.
Transfers:
We will allow registration transfers to other individuals or transfers to other courses within 5 business days of the the start of the registered course. Transfer requests received on or before five business days prior to the start of the course will be handled promptly.
