Administrative Operations Support
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Salary: Depends on qualifications
Support senior leadership in a full range of administrative operations. Specifically, the administrative support position will perform the following objectives, projects, and duties on a daily basis:
- Assist the Special Security Officer (SSO) in meeting office security requirements
- Review, coordinate, and track internal and external staff clearance and nomination packages
- Prepare staff summary sheets, memorandum of agreements, and official memos
- Update/develop office-level standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Facilitate Defense Travel System (DTS) for client personnel
- Maintain the client task management system
- Coordinate the reporting in and out process for new staff
- Develop and distribute the office personnel status report
- Schedule conference rooms and appointments; help manage senior leadership calendars
- Coordinate office supply orders
- Serve as the office vehicle coordinator, including maintenance of log books, development and distribution of required vehicle reports, and accomplishment of other vehicle coordination duties as required
- Maintain internal files and records management
Clearance: TS/SCI security clearance w/ CI poly;
Experience: Three years of administrative experience; strong MS Office skills; working knowledge and understanding of DoD processes, procedures, and terminology
