JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to Human Capital Management (HCM) development.
  • Clarify processes to business stakeholders, developers, and end users
  • Document “as is” and “to be” business processes and workflows.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis sessions.
  • Analyze and document business requirements.
  • Interface with systems developers.
  • Write test cases and perform integration, systems, and user acceptance testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a Bachelor or Masters plus 6+ years of relevant Federal Benefits experience including:
  • FEHB, FEGLI, FEDVIP (Vision/Dental) and FSA savings accounts.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to document functional processes and systems requirements.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, ERP, Lawson, Oracle HR, or other relevant ERP system.
