Title: Federal Benefits Subject Matter Expert (SME)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to Human Capital Management (HCM) development.
- Clarify processes to business stakeholders, developers, and end users
- Document “as is” and “to be” business processes and workflows.
- Lead fit-gap analysis sessions.
- Analyze and document business requirements.
- Interface with systems developers.
- Write test cases and perform integration, systems, and user acceptance testing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a Bachelor or Masters plus 6+ years of relevant Federal Benefits experience including:
- FEHB, FEGLI, FEDVIP (Vision/Dental) and FSA savings accounts.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to document functional processes and systems requirements.
- Experience with PeopleSoft, ERP, Lawson, Oracle HR, or other relevant ERP system.
