IT Audit
E-volve ensures readiness associated with enterprise systems/applications. Our consultants engage in the following activities related to IT Auidt Compliance:
- Liaise on FISCAM issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor Corrective Action Plans developed as a result of audit activities
- Monitor POA&Ms that contain specific corrective action plans, milestones, and estimated resources developed by system owners for FISCAM findings and NFRs
- Provide recommendations on the Agency’s strategic, implementation, and communication plans for the FISCAM program to ensure its success
- Develop an execution plan to implement audit readiness related efforts
- Apprise government PM of progress, risks and opportunities, linkage to strategic goals and their critical leadership role in supporting its Audit Readiness Program
- Develop standard work products for application reengineering work that aligns to the FISCAM process to be utilized
- Coordinate with process owners to integrate implementation and sustainment of audit compliance activities into agency functions and processes
- Participate in the agency’s business systems transformation efforts to assist implementation of audit compliance systems
