Cyber Operations Training Support

E-volve conducts initial skills, initial qualification, and advanced training to provide mission-ready military personnel for Information Operations (IO) and Cyber Warfare missions. IT Audit

E-volve ensures readiness associated with enterprise systems/applications. Our consultants engage in the following activities related to IT Auidt Compliance:

  • Liaise on FISCAM issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor Corrective Action Plans developed as a result of audit activities
  • Monitor POA&Ms that contain specific corrective action plans, milestones, and estimated resources developed by system owners for FISCAM findings and NFRs
  • Provide recommendations on the Agency’s strategic, implementation, and communication plans for the FISCAM program to ensure its success
  • Develop an execution plan to implement audit readiness related efforts
  • Apprise government PM of progress, risks and opportunities, linkage to strategic goals and their critical leadership role in supporting its Audit Readiness Program
  • Develop standard work products for application reengineering work that aligns to the FISCAM process to be utilized
  • Coordinate with process owners to integrate implementation and sustainment of audit compliance activities into agency functions and processes
  • Participate in the agency’s business systems transformation efforts to assist implementation of audit compliance systems
