E-volve Technology Systems, Inc. (E-volve) is a woman owned small business and a graduate of the 8(a) small business program. The company was founded in April 2000 in response to a need for top secret cleared PeopleSoft consultants to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations within the intelligence community. E-volve is headquartered in National Harbor, Maryland.
