E-volve Awarded Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) Administrative, Management administrative, management, and analytical/operational support services BPA. E-volve will provide administrative, management, and analytical/operational support services to the Boards, Commissions, and Task Forces (BCTF's) mission. These support services cover the full life cycle activities of the BCTF, from startup and setup of a BCTF, through the life of the BCTF, to decommissioning the BCTF.
