As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Johnson works closely with the President & CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans. She has spearheaded the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Ms. Johnson collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization. Ms. Johnson is responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. She provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the Company. She motivates and leads a high performance management team; Mentors direct reports to cultivate skills and to increase consciousness of the interrelationship between each department in the operations groups.

Ms. Johnson has a B. S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.S degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland, University College. She has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology providing technical consulting and IT advisory support to the federal government.
