As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Tanya Johnson works closely with the President & CEO to drive the company’s strategic vision and accomplish key organizational goals. She has led the development, communication, and execution of effective growth strategies and operational processes.

Ms. Johnson partners with the management team to strengthen the company’s operational infrastructure—including systems, processes, and personnel—ensuring scalability to meet rapid growth objectives. She oversees the performance and efficiency of all internal and external operations, providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports on the company’s operating condition. In addition, she mentors and leads a high-performing management team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and leadership development throughout the organization.

With more than 29 years of experience in Information Technology, Ms. Johnson has supported technical consulting and IT advisory initiatives for the federal government. She has led contracts with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Army, and has successfully managed subcontracts with major industry leaders such as Peraton, Booz Allen Hamilton, and SHINE Systems.

In addition to her role as COO, Ms. Johnson has served as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for E-volve Technology Systems for over two decades. In this capacity, she oversees the company’s entire security program, ensuring full compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and all Department of Defense (DoD) security regulations. Her responsibilities include managing personnel security clearances, overseeing classified contracts, conducting security education and training programs, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and government security agencies. Ms. Johnson has played a key role in maintaining the company’s security posture, protecting sensitive information, and supporting the organization’s ability to compete for and execute classified projects.

Ms. Johnson holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an M.S. in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland, University College. She also completed the “Leading Professional Services Firms” program at Harvard Business School’s Executive Education, an intensive course designed for senior executives that focuses on driving organizational performance, strengthening client relationships, and effectively managing leadership teams within complex professional services environments.
